Extract from profiles or search results

Open a LinkedIn profile and click Extract — their name, title, company, and URL are saved instantly. Or run a search, open the panel, and sweep the entire results page in one pass. Either way, no copy-pasting.

Organize into groups, set your follow-up

Assign each lead to a group — “Q3 Prospects”, “Warm intros”, “Recruiting pipeline”. Groups can be private to you or shared with your team. Write a draft message while the profile is still in front of you. Pick a follow-up date and move on.

What does the AI actually do?

Three things. Enrichment: when a LinkedIn profile is sparse — missing title, company, or location — AI fills those in automatically when you save a lead. Drafting: when you open the notes panel, AI can write an initial outreach message based on the profile data already saved, so you start from something instead of a blank page. Templates: phrasing that worked can be saved and surfaced again for similar contacts. All three are available on every plan including Free. On Pro, batch enrichment runs across your entire existing list at once.

Does this replace my CRM?

For most people, it replaces the part of their CRM that was never working anyway — the manual data entry, the follow-up reminders, and the contact notes. If you need email sequences or deal pipelines, LeadzTrak exports a clean CSV or JSON file that feeds directly into those tools.

Will LinkedIn know I'm using it?

LeadzTrak reads data from the LinkedIn page already visible in your browser. It does not automate clicks, simulate activity, or interact with LinkedIn's servers. It works the same way a browser extension like a spell-checker would — reading what's on screen.

What happens to my leads if I stop paying?

Your leads are not deleted. You drop back to the free plan, which stores 100 leads. Your full list is still there if you upgrade again.

Does it work on Sales Navigator?

Yes. LeadzTrak works on Sales Navigator profiles and search results, as well as standard LinkedIn.

Can I import leads I already have?

Yes. LeadzTrak imports from CSV or JSON. It matches by column name so the order doesn’t matter. Notes, status, follow-up dates, and group assignments all come through on import.
