Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before installing or using LeadzTrak (the “Extension” or “Service”), a product of MatrixTrak. By installing the Extension or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of all applicable fees, LeadzTrak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Extension for your own personal or internal business purposes.
The license is for a single user. Sharing login credentials or license keys across multiple people is not permitted.
All purchases are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information you authorise Stripe to charge the applicable fees at the frequency selected.

All intellectual property rights in the Extension — including but not limited to the source code, user interface, design, trade marks, and logos — are and remain the exclusive property of LeadzTrak. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited licence described in Section 1.
The Extension integrates with third-party services including LinkedIn, OpenAI, Stripe, and Supabase. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
LeadzTrak is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. “LinkedIn” is a registered trade mark of LinkedIn Corporation.
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser version or LinkedIn layout update.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadzTrak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadzTrak is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Extension after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
